Demand Writing
In order to be a true advocate, it's crucial to make the adjuster, opposing counsel, or jury members see your client as a real person who is injured and deserving of redress. The most effective demand letters use the art of character development and storytelling to engage readers and compel them to see the picture as a whole.
Mediation Briefs
Mediation can be the best option for settling your case without time-consuming and costly litigation. A strong mediation brief will showcase your claim in the strongest light and convince both the mediator and the opposition of the value of your case, resulting in a quicker resolution and a happier client.
Minor's Compromises
Probate judges can be unpredictable. Obtaining approval of your compromise requires patience and may involve multiple revisions before acceptance. The Demand Writer™ will provide you with a file-worthy Compromise and accompanying documents, and will do revisions at half-price until the Order is successfully issued.
